Even though it might not be necessary to do face masks every day, but to me when you take time to take care of yourself your helping your mental health. These picture represent mental health because when I do self care I do face mask, eye masks, and sometimes listen to relaxing music. I also enjoy how the colors correspond with each other and show off every mask and it doesn't take away from my jade roller or my face lifter.

I know this photo isn't very pleasing but this is the best photo I have of a meal. This is called a baked potato soup and it taste just like how it sounds, I added in this photo for mental health because it is very important to eat the right foods and to eat. I think the foods that we eat from restaurant's are taking a big toll on people now days and fast food places because of COVID a lot of people are scared to go shopping in store so they just order for pickup or they get fast foods and that makes many people feel different compared to someone that eats homecooked meals or healthy foods.

I named this time for yourself because it is very important for someone to make time for themselves to unwind, calm down, and vent. (Especially before bed) I used this picture because my sister is sleeping so peacefully she is drooling and if she doesn't take a nap she gets grumpy, so think about yourself. When you don't take a nap, how does it make you or your body feel? When you go to sleep angry or sad how does that affect your emotions?
