This image represents shape and form my image doesn't really use shadows but more shades and the shapes of the leaf, this photo represents shape and form because of the shapes of the leaves and the holes in the leaves. It also gives a feeling that a small caterpillar once lived here to eat, and it depends on your creativity but if you look at the outlines of the holes on the bottom left one of the holes that maybe a caterpillar created looks like an umbrella and with the black and white filter the shades of the leafs make the hole in the top right look like a dark leaf but it's just the leaf in the back being outlined.
This is a photo of color pencils and it represents contrast because even though you can't see the colors because it is a black and white photo the different grays, whites, and light grays are all colliding and that shows contrast because the colored pencils are all in one are and it is against a white background so it stands out. Even though this doesn't have shapes each colored pencil somewhat fades and mixes with each other.
This image represents texture. This image represents texture because it is taken from an up close angle and you can see all of the leaves popping up or swirling in which ever direction. With the black and white filter you can even see little tiny specs on the leaves and you can see the branches sticking up at the top.
This is my favorite image that I have taken with black and white because it can show many things like patterns or repetition. But in this case it represents light. This image was taken so the sun light was shining at the camera and the leaves show repetition because they stack on each other and how they just look like lines to repeat itself. Also, because of the black and white filter it outlines all of the leaves and at the ends where the light touches it creates shadows and texture.
This is also one of my favorite photos that I have taken with the black and white because of the angle that I took it at on the rap you can see where it goes up so it gives a sense of movement. This photo mainly represents shadows because on the ramp it was painted with two different tones one with white and the other with a dirty peach or beige and you can see where that is and the shadows lines that the railing create on the walkway and where there is a small bit of space on the railing.
