The picture that you see here can be more than one thing. It can represent movement or it can represent balance and by balance I am talking about symmetrical balance because it shows viewers the shape, lines, color, and texture. It shows the audience/ viewers the shapes of the stairs and the lines that the stairs create along the wall and the railing along the wall. The angle I have chosen shows can be shown on the "vertical axis". I wish I could've gotten a better angle but it was hard to using this staircase because I tried to get as little background as possible.
I like this picture because it has both warm and cool colors but if you can see in the red and pink petals you can see little flowers in them too. The principle you can see in this picture that I have taken is contrast because it is very bright colors with white and green and you can see that it mainly outlines the flower and focuses on the flowers to show the negative and positive space. The shadow of the leaves on top of each other. It also create a cool way to show the positive and negative effect because it gives the dark spacing behind the flower and makes the outline of the flower more visible.
The picture that I have chosen for this isn't my best and I feel like I could have found a better thing or maybe fixed the angle that I took this door to show emphasis. The reason why I chose this image is because incorporating the primary effect which in this case can be the doors and that is where the audience which now they can think of and enter composition. This image shows the movement because the
This is one of my movement pictures I have taken and this is actually the cool pictures I have taken because it also shows contrast because it shows you the hallway and the door and you can see the two pilers clearly. But when my photo goes on the rest of the pilers are more blurry along with the background. My image shows movement because it shows you a path and shows you other elements. I think out of all the photos I have taken this is my second best because it does show the element but I feel like I could've taken a better picture for movement.
This is a very cool picture that I have taken. If you don't know what it is, it's a banana tree trunk. This image shows repetition because of all the overlapping layers and how they are all going in a circle. Repetition shows a rhythm or a pattern that makes the viewer's eye to move around each element and another thing about my picture is that i found a pattern that was made with nature and not a man made object which I find pretty ironic.
This picture represents variety. This was the hardest principle that I had to look for at the school and it was very hard to find a good and something that I thought spoke or looked a certain way to me. I choose this because I like to use natural things for our assignments. This image represents variety because they show elements combined in various ways to increase visual interest. I chose this out of the red and green beads at the top of the tree behind j because I couldn't get a good image of it.
This is the best picture that I have taken out of all of the principles because it shows it very well and it shows completeness. This image I took is of the bike racks at our school and maybe if people could've aligned their bikes in more of straightness it would've looked better. This image represents unity, it represents unity because it shows completeness and harmony, along with a specific role and place and this specific role and place is the bikes aligned together on the bike rack. This picture makes me feel very unsatisfied like when you are watching unsatisfying videos and then this pops up because the bikes seats aren't all in a line after each other.
