I choose to take this picture for this as my rule of thirds because when you out it in the grid the center of this pod is in the center of and intersect and the middle of the petal at the top is along the line. This is one of my nicer photos because even though it has the rule of thirds it incorporates color with the green and the tan color, also it has positive and negative space. It was a rare photo because I went back the next day to try and take it again but the grass was all dry and the pods were all dried too so I must have caught it at a good time.
I use this plant for a lot of things, you can see repetition in the petals and toward the end you can see it in the leaves. But it is also focus because the ginger plant is in focus and so bold in the front but this is going to represent the golden ratio. This represents the golden ratio because this ringer i guess flower forms like a c curve and it is nature and it has natural composition that is aesthetically to the eye and it forms a shape of a shell that is equal to 1.618.
This is my favorite photo because it is so simple, natural, and peaceful. This photo represents focus and it represents focus because it is centered, has color which is the cool green, darker brown, and the yellow and tan bottom. This to me is a unique photo because it not only represents color, space, contrast, texture, and it gives depth to me because it's a upper view of a plant.
This is an image of the gate of the agriculture garden at our school. It can represent leading lines because it incorporates lines and it could also represent pattern because of the shapes of the gate or the stones that are more printed. But what stands out the most is leading lines because the lines on the stones and the gate give focus to the audiences eyes and throughout the rest of the compositions.
This is one of my "cool" pictures because it is contrast but contrast can be through texture and color and how you see or feel with the picture. Contrast is difference in size, color, texture, size, or position.Which would help certain elements stand out.But with this picture it is of cracks that have formed in the schools side walk and it has given a type of contrast through texture because you can see the crack close up and you can see the yellow line close up and it gives a small part of the back a full out blur. That is why this is my "cool" picture and this is my contrast picture.
